Is everyone potentially an artist?
Siome people beleive that everyone can be an artist, its just that many were discouraged when young, or lack the selfconfidence to overcome initial faillures, or have suppressed their creative capacities.

I have bean employed in heavy industry all my working life anyone less like the popular conception of an artist would be hard to find. I tried Water colour painting as therapy after an illness and found to my surprise that I really enjoyed it. Im no Turner but I have done decent work which relatives are happy to hang in there homes painting is therapeutic and relaxing I recommend it to anyone and yes I think everyone has an artistic streak in them . painting is a skill and there are techniques to be learnt. Artists supply shops are full of books which advise on methods and materials and many clubs and groups that are happy to accept new members and offer help and advice.
